Kilbehenny CC First Annual Fundraising Cycle

Kilbehenny Cycling Club will be holding its 1st Annual Fundraising Cycle this year on June 9th in aid of the refurbishment of the Community Hall in Kilbehenny. Information on the cycle can be found here: fundraiser.kilbehennycycling.com or in the event’s poster below. Online Registration

Fundraising Cycle Test Run 80km

This week’s A group cycle headed for the Glen of Aherlow to test the Tour of the Galtees route for our upcoming fundraising cycle. Our B group headed on our 50km fundraising cycle route.

First Spin of 2012 – Sunday, February 12

 Today, the club saw its first day out of 2012. The A-route headed to Ballygiblin-Ballyporeen-Burncourt and back via the main road to Kilbehenny. The shorter B-route headed to Ballygiblin-Cooladerry-New Line and back to Kilbehenny.

For the Wednesday evening cycle, we headed from the hall in Kilbehenny to Mitchelstown, on through Ballygiblin cross to Ballyporeen and back to Kilbehenny, roughly 27.5km altogether. Club Cycle – Wednesday, July 20 2011
